Assly Zandry
Assly Zandry is best known for her stage works in some of the most prestigious Theatres in London West Ends. Following the successful run of 'World Music' at The Crucible theatre where she played Odette (a Tutsi woman), the play moved to the Donmar Warehouse Theatre. She was also cast as Moon/Shy Girl in 'Blood Wedding' along side Gael Garcia Bernal directed by Rufus Norris at the Almeida Theatre. She played the leading lady Hermianne in 'La Dispute/ Scenes of Love', a Franco/Anglo play by Director Eric De Dadelson. Her FilmTtelevision roles include guest starring in Casualty as Martha Branches, in Clone as Nicolette as well as appearing in Batman Begins, Last Orders,and Emma Brody. Recently Assly has starred in 'Glasgow Girls' directed by Brian Welsh for the BBC. She also made an appearance in 'Road to Recovery'directed by Nic Penrake.
