Dueal Andrews
Dueal Andrews is an African-American actor, singer, writer, producer and native of Southern Los Angeles, CA. The youngest of five children and the only son to his parents. He is also a proud alum of both Lawndale High School and California State University, Dominguez Hills where he studied and graduated receiving his Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre Arts. Soon after college, he continued to hone his skills through intensive training with acting coach and notable actress, Dinora Walcott of Acting Honesty. In 2014, Dueal proved that he was more than just a performer, when he decided to take a more active role behind the scenes as not only a screenwriter but also a producer, as he along with his colleagues established DIVO Productions, an independent multi-media production company based in Los Angeles that specializes in producing daring, innovative, vital, outstanding content while providing career opportunities for emerging artists. Two years later, Andrews partnered up with fellow artist, Amber Nicolle Gilbert to write and produce his company's first indie short film, Former Flames. Dueal has gained exposure being featured in co-star and recurring guest roles in several stage, television and independent film projects including Cheetah In August, Wade's World The Series, Eye Scream, Forked Up, The Number Reboot, Reality Bites and most recently, the critical-acclaimed independent short, Immigrant Brothers (2017). In his leisure, Dueal enjoys singing, karaoke, hiking, cooking, traveling, fitness and social activism.
