Edgar Abram
Edgar Abram is a rising actor, with a unique background that has shaped his craft and drive. Born in Lithuania, Edgar immigrated to Dublin, Ireland at a young age, where he was raised in a multicultural and multilingual environment. This experience helped him develop a deep understanding and appreciation of different cultures and perspectives, which he brings to his acting performances.
As a child, Edgar was always drawn to the arts, but he began performing after his move to Ireland. He quickly realized that acting was his true passion, and decided to pursue it as a career. He first began acting by joining the actors' intensive taught by the award winning, writer-director Terry McMahon, and then graduated the Meisner Technique Foundation program at Momentum Acting Studios based in Dublin.
After completing his studies, Edgar began his acting career with small roles in various film and television projects. He landed the role of Hersveinn Battle-Hard in Robert Eggers' film "The Northman". This was followed by appearances in a variety of projects, including the television series "Harry Wild" and a supporting role in the highly-anticipated blockbuster "Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves".
Most recently, Edgar has taken on a leading role in the independent Irish production "Tuesday Traders", directed by Luke Corcoran. In this film, Edgar plays the character of Arkadi, a Georgian immigrant who is blackmailed and forced into a series of crimes by a corrupt local politician.
