Elijah Egan
Elijah Egan was born on June 19, 1983 in Waterford, Ireland. As a teenager he performed in WYD and Red Kettle productions where he was cast in 'The Pilgrimage' which was performed on the Olivier stage of the Royal National theatre, London as part of the BT national connections competition.
Egan went on to study theatre studies and performance in Inchicore college and the Gaiety school of acting.
He performed onstage around Europe before moving to Melbourne for a number of years where he performed on stage and screen. He co-wrote Subclass 417 (2013) with Christian Heath which premiered at Melbourne Web Fest 2013 and screened at LA Webfest 2014. Later that year he wrote, co-directed and appeared in 'This is it'.
He returned to Dublin, Ireland in 2014 to co-run Wilde Shamrock Touring theatre and continue as a writer/actor/director.
