Julia Aks
Julia is an American actress and opera singer, born and raised in the San Fernando Valley. Her parents are both classical musicians, and instilled in her a love of music and art. At age fourteen, Julia was cast as Helena in her summer camp's production of Shakespeare's "A Midsummer Night's Dream." Her affinity for comedy (and Shakespeare) became apparent. Only two years later, she was cast as the eccentric Artist in the indie feature "The Watermelon." Julia studied opera and theater throughout college, and performed major roles in nine productions - operas, musicals, and plays - but quickly returned to pursuing film after graduating. She was then cast as the quirky Kelsey Peterson in the horror comedy feature "Clinger." Her comedic performance garnered much praise from critics at the 2015 Slamdance Film Festival. She resides in Los Angeles where she sings opera and continues her acting career.
