Narlyia Sterling was born and raised in Cedar Heights Maryland, an inner city of Prince George's County Maryland while her family's roots stretch from Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Bitten by the bug at 11 years old, she was soon accepted to Suitland High School's Magnet Center for Visual and Performing Arts where her passion for Community Arts & Advocacy sparked. After spending 3 semesters with Steven Kent at The University of La Verne, Narlyia found her voice as an African American Creator when she assisted with developing a performance course for Minority Storytelling. It was at Howard University where Narlyia earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Acting under the tutelage and Mentoring of the late legend, Albert Freeman Jr.
As an Actress and Producer, Narlyia Sterling began creating and producing her own content online, hosting over 300K views on her NarlyStarr.TV YouTube Channel and has not stopped creating since! Narlyia has joined forces as a Partner and Co-CEO of The Hudson Sterling Firm with a mission to Develop, Package, Finance and Produce Independent Content for Domestic and International Distribution.
