Natasha Kalimada
Natasha Kalimada is an actress and a classically trained professional dancer of South Asian and Scottish descent. She graduated from Princeton University where she majored in Sociology and received a Certificate in the Program of Theatre & Dance. Upon graduation, she was honored with the prestigious Francis LeMoyne Page Theatre & Dance Award for excellence in the Performing Arts. Natasha also holds an MBA from Pepperdine University with a focus in Entrepreneurship, which she completed during night school while auditioning and working during the day.
Born in Houston, TX and growing up in Southern California, Natasha attended Santa Margarita Catholic HS and graduated with an International Baccalaureate diploma. She was also captain of the dance team and competed heavily in solo competitions around the US, sweeping up first places in National, world and pageantry competitions. Natasha began training in classical ballet at the age of four, and in her teens, was invited to be an American Ballet Theatre Coca-Cola National Scholar, which at that time, was only awarded to 17 ballet dancers worldwide, and allowed her to train at ABT in NYC under full scholarship. At Princeton, she garnered an interest in acting and performed in multiple theater productions. Post graduating from Princeton University, she began her career in Los Angeles as a professional dancer and has performed for Taylor Swift, Cirque, a Broadway National tour, the Walt Disney Hall with the LA Phil, among others. As an actress, her credits include Paramount, New Line Cinemas, WB, Fox, Lifetime, Sony Music and a handful of national and international commercial and print campaigns. Natasha is an avid yogi and has an adventurous passion for learning new skills.
