Nathan Naenen
Nathan Naenen (° 1996) is a Belgian actor.
Nathan took his first steps toward the big screen when he was cast as the young Gino in the film North Sea Texas by Bavo Defurne. Barely thirteen years old at that time, he very quickly realised that he wanted to become a professional actor. Nathan has since worked on several projects. He guest starred in the second season of Code 37, directed by Jakob Verbruggen, with whom he later collaborated for Ontspoord.
In 2014 he got his first leading role in the new sitcom by Douglas Boswell, Altijd Prijs. Nathan played Jasper Desmedt, the son of a working-class family whose life changed tremendously, after having won the lottery.
The collaboration with Douglas was fruitful, leading Nathan to take on the role of Boris in the director's next project Kattenoog. The series was broadcast in Belgium and the Netherlands and has been well regarded amongst the young crowd.
Nathan also gained experience in (guest) roles in different series such as Vermist, De Geboden and Zie Mij Graag and short films, showing off his his talent as a very diverse actor who is comfortable playing in different genres.
