Niek Versteeg
Niek Versteeg is an actor from Newcastle Upon Tyne, England. He is known for his work as Liam Hunter, hunting down the Wolfbloods in "Wolfblood". He has also appeared in contrasting roles in BBC's "Waterloo Road" and "Inspector George Gently". His Film work includes Tall Tree Pictures' "Harrigan" as Gary Cole, working alongside Stephen Tompkinson and Craig Conway, and BBC's "Clay" alongside Imelda Staunton and Ian McElhinney. He is an actor praised for his versatility on screen.
His Theatre credits include "The Season Ticket" by Lee Mattinson, adapted from the book of the same name and the well known film "Purely Belter" in which he gained high praise for his performance as Gerry McCarten. The show had it's world premiere at Newcastle's Northern Stage and toured to such locations as Dundee Rep, York Theatre Royal and Winchester.
He is based in Los Angeles, California where he trained at the renowned Art of Acting Studio, sister school to the Stella Adler Studio in New York City.
