Noelle is a native New Orleanian with Creole heritage. Her professional training began when she successfully auditioned into The New Orleans Center of Creative Arts and trained with the New Orleans Ballet Assoc. She soon booked roles as the youngest cast member in theatrical productions and landed several commercials. Her breakthrough role was on Marvel's Cloak and Dagger. Notably, she is the face of Visit California campaigns.
