Raheleh Roozestan
After graduating from San Francisco State University with a BA in Performing Arts, Raheleh moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career in film and television. Has worked with some of the best in the business and has worked with future up and comers. First lead role was in an AFI cinematography short, "She-Wolf" where she played a sexually repressed Italian mother. She has taken classes for Scene Study, on-camera classes, improv workshops, commercial workshops, and continues to educate herself by attending classes at the Margie Haber Studio. Raheleh has been featured in various films and TV shows, working with directors like JJ Abrams, Joss Whedon, Robert Redford and Adam McKay. Speaks Farsi fluently , and has an ethnically ambiguous look which allows her to play a wide variety of roles. Raheleh will eventually have her own sitcom where she will effect positive growth and change in society through her performances using the connections made with the industry and audience to be a voice to the voiceless.
