Vasyl Lomachenko
Vasyl Anatoliyovych Lomachenko is a Ukrainian professional boxer from Bilhorod-Dnistrovs'kyi, Ukraine.
Born on 17 February 1988, Lomachenko was trained by his father, Anatoly Lomachenko, from an early age, who hand-crafted him to become an unstoppable force in boxing's professional ranks. Having attended Ukrainian dance classes and gymnastics training during his formative years, Vasyl forged his unique movement, dexterity and agility which has helped him to become deadly in the ring.
With an amateur career spanning almost 400 fights, containing one solitary loss, Lomachenko was one of the most experienced and decorated fighters in the amateurs, winning big at two Olympics, as well as the World and European championships. Ranked by many experts as one of the world's top ten pound-for-pound boxers, his legacy is already that of a legend's, and he may eventually go down as Europe's greatest ever boxer.
