Veronica Reyes-How
Veronica Reyes-How is an award winning actor/writer/producer based in NYC. A graduate of the University of Michigan with a B.A in Mathematics, she left a career in technology consulting to pursue acting when an open-call audition resulted in her booking the national tour of Rent. Other acting credits include Miss Saigon, CBS' Blue Bloods, and NBC's The Blacklist. She produced the short film California Roll, which was accepted into 10 film festivals around the country and won the Best Micro Thriller at the 2018 Austin Revolution Film Festival. As a director, she has worked for Theatreworks USA, The Barrow Group, and Unity Stage Company. In the past year, she has become a critically acclaimed writer with her 1 hour medical drama American Doctor, based on the life of her mother, qualifying as a 2021 Screencraft True Story & Public Domain Finalist, a 2021 Stowe Story Lab Finalist and a 2021 Screencraft Fellowship Finalist. Her 1/2 hour comedy Emotional Support is a 2021 Screencraft Comedy Semifinalist.
