Babbu Maan (born Tejinder Singh Maan on March 29) is a Punjabi singer-songwriter, actor, and producer. Born in the village of Khant Maanpur in the Fatehgarh Sahib District of Punjab, India Babbu Maan has been very fond of playing music since his childhood, singing on stage for the first time during a school function in his village school at the age of seven. He would see everything through the eyes of a musician, even turning cooking pans into musical instruments as he created rhythmic sounds. He learned how to write lyrics, while at school (Panjab University, Chandigarh) when he was about 16. After college, he started singing and composing music. He is one of the few singers who writes his own lyrics for all of his songs. He sang for Mavi music recording studio and recorded his first album when he was only 23

The 1930s were the high years for her, she was one of the most popular, most wanted performer of her race. She appeared in quite a few movies displaying her fine talents as singer, dancer and actress. As an actress, she usually played the hands on the hips, rolling eyes, feisty, wise-cracking wife alongside her husband who also was a performer and her sometime partner, Eddie Matthews. They were in every film they appeared in together. Their work was original and entertaining, they were a great husband and wife team but Babe made a name for herself and was more popular than her husband. She was truly a great performer of the golden era of Black Entertainment and Harlem.

Writer and actor, Patrick Carson wrote Babe a starring part in his award winning play, Elevator about 9/11. The film version, renamed 9/11, starred Jacqueline Bisset in the role written for Babe. It also starred Charlie Sheen and Whoopi Goldberg. Patrick has continued to be one of Babes lifelong friends and mentors. Babe has also studied with Lar Park Lincoln, Pitbull Snyder and Faith Hibbs-Clark. She is always in the pursuit of excellence and is now committed to living her acting and writing dreams.

Babetida Sadjo is a Guinean-Bissau Belgian actress. After graduating from the Royal dramatic conservatory of Brussels, she was the first black woman to win the Ansor of best actress in a supporting role for the film Waste Land directed by Pieter Van Hees. She makes a great performance in the film Paradise Suite which was selected to represent the Nederlands for the Oscars. Her international career was launched as she played one of two leading characters in the Sundance award winning film, And Breathe Normally directed by Isold Uggadottir. Also a screenwriter, Babetida Sadjo will soon be directing "Hématomes" a short film that she wrote. Not disregarding her first love, the stage, Babetida Sadjo continues to perform in various plays alongside her cinematographic projects.
