Bio: Donald McAlister AKA (Mac) is a retired Airborne Infantry Command Sergeant Major with over twenty four years of dedicated service to his beloved United States Army. He served on multiple combat deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan where he honorably led his troops into battle. While deployed to Iraq in the 2003 invasion, Mac was severely wounded by an Improvised Explosive Device. He ultimately recovered from his injuries and continued to serve and deploy until he retired in 2017. His fourth deployment to the Taliban-infested Arghandab River Valley, Kandahar would be his most harrowing of all, where his unit sustained catastrophic losses while establishing themselves as the commanding presence in the area. Since retiring "Mac" continues to stay involved in the Veteran community, devoting most of his time to serving others through various non-profit efforts. This has also enabled him to make very good friends with devoted veteran advocates inside of the entertainment and music industry.
