Property Brothers, which blends Drew's passions for real estate investment and TV production, focuses on helping families get into their dream homes without breaking their budget. As one of HGTV's highest-rated shows, it has several spin-off series, including Property Brothers at Home (2014), Property Brothers at Home on the Ranch, Buying and Selling (2012) and Brother vs. Brother (2013). Much like his brother Jonathan, Drew began acting in theater, improv and sketch comedy at a young age. Drew Seeley began his journey performing at age 11, when he joined the ensemble of Harold Prince's Showboat revival in Toronto. Twenty years later, he closed Jersey Boys on Broadway as the final 'Bob Gaudio.' Drew Seltzer is an American actor known for his roles on Mindhunter (2019), Hollywood Dirt (2017), and Never Rarely Sometimes Always (2020). Most notably, he plays the recurring role of Dale Harmon, a neighbor of Bill and Nancy Tench on the TV show, "Mindhunter", directed and produced by David Fincher currently streaming on Netflix. He received a BFA degree in theater from Rutgers University, studied improv at The Second City, and was classically trained at The Globe Theater in London. After graduating from Rutgers, he made his NYC stage debut in the The Franklin Thesis, directed by the Tony nominated writer/director Alex Timbers at The New Ohio. This then led to his film debut, with a small role opposite George Clooney in "The Men Who Stare at Goats". On the production side of things, he produced and starred in the award winning indie feature "Leaving Circadia" opp. Michael Cerveris. The film was praised by critics and landed a distribution deal with Amazon. Most recently, you can check out his role as Autumn's creepy and controlling boss, in the Barry Jenkins produced film "Never Rarely Sometimes Always" on HBO Max. The film won the Jury Prize at Sundance, the Silver Bear at Berlinale and has 7 nominations at the 2021 Independent Spirit Awards.
Drew Shalka
Drew Shalka was born on March 1, 1995 in Bonnyville, Alberta, Canada as Edward Drew Shalka. He is a singer, multi-instrumentalist, and Juno Award nominated songwriter. He has been the lead vocalist of the Canadian rock band FKB since 2009 and has performed hundreds of shows with the band across Canada and the United States since they began touring. The band met the Juno Award winning songwriter Clayton Bellamy at one of their shows in late 2012 where he offered to produce their debut EP 123 FKB. Following the release in 2014, the band would go on to perform alongside major artists including The Trews, Bif Naked, Pop Evil, Mother Mother, Dear Rouge, Scott Helman, Dan Davidson, and The Road Hammers. The team would reunite in 2016 for the next four FKB singles, which would collectively yield 3 Edmonton Music Award nominations. In 2018, Drew co-wrote Nuela Charles' single "Danger" which reached top 10 on CBC Music and would remain in the top 20 for nearly 3 months. The song was included on her album Distant Danger, which was nominated for Adult Contemporary Album of the Year at the 48th Annual Juno Awards in 2019. The song and album won Pop Recording of the Year and Album of the Year respectively at the Edmonton Music Awards that same year. In late 2019, Drew and the rest of FKB would all portray themselves in the feature film Moments in Spacetime.
