Eddie Albert
A graduate of the University of Minnesota, Eddie Albert was a circus trapeze flier before becoming a stage and radio actor. He made his film debut in 1938 and has worked steadily since, often cast as the friendly, good-natured buddy of the hero but occasionally being cast as a villain; one of his most memorable roles was as the cowardly, glory-seeking army officer in Robert Aldrich's World War 2 film, Attack (1956).

His next effort, "Internet Gangsters" premiered at the LA Shorts Fest in 2017 and played in festivals across the globe throughout 2018. His production company, "What A Nightmare Productions" continues to produce various short form content for digital platforms and film festivals.

Both films were written, shot, directed, produced, and edited by Arya. Arya's third feature film, Risen, an American sci-fi thriller which is distributed by Vertical Entertainment for a limited theatrical release in United States and a worldwide release on VOD platforms. Risen became commercially successful and it won many festival awards, including 2 Best Director awards. Arya found his passion for filmmaking at the young age of 7 while staying home most of his childhood and consuming TV and film. He found himself being drawn to behind the scenes, cinematography, sets, character development, and how a story was told to keep an audience engaged. Arya bought his first camera on eBay and started his first feature film "The Navigator" on his 29th birthday. Although Arya felt pressure to become a medical doctor and discouraged to pursue filmmaking, he had other plans in mind, which was to channel his passion to inspire and change lives through the power of storytelling. Working tirelessly for years - not only directing, writing, producing and editing, but also stepping into other roles in design and set production - Arya is now recognized as a passionate independent self-taught filmmaker. He is driven and inspired by other filmmakers who share the same passion and determination as him. Today, Arya helps and shares his knowledge of storytelling with other young filmmakers and has been invited to be a jury member at film festivals.
Eddie Augustin
Eddie's first love was probably Martial Arts. He started by practicing Karate and moved on to TaeKwonDo and finally Kung Fu. He also developed a passion for reading which led to writing. His favorite authors ranged from Stephen King to Anne Rice but he enjoyed picking up whatever book he found laying around. After picking up on photography and drawing, he came to the realization that one way he could fuse all of these talents together was to make films. He had also spend years writing and composing music, which resulted in him treating his story structure like songs. Not attending film school, Eddie says that he received most of his film education working at blockbuster and other video stores in his area, watching whatever film fell in his palms after each shifts. It is not impossible that the idea of jumping over to films actually emerged from his time in video stores. Eddie also writes most of his material and directs himself everything he writes. Notably, he won Best Director in a Short Film and was nominated for Best Short Film at the 2015 New York City International Film Festival.
