Jacob was born and raised in Rochester, Michigan. A natural born athlete and leader, his first love was sports. At 6'4" he was a natural standout in all sports, however, basketball was his first true love and was the sport he decided to pursue. Jacob earned himself a scholarship to play basketball at Northwood University but after one year had a calling deep within for more. After deciding college basketball was no longer the right path for him, Jacob decided to move back home and pursue a life in entertainment. From the first acting class he was hooked. Jacob had always been an entertainer and realized that acting came very naturally to him. Understanding that a good education could help nourish that talent, Jacob auditioned and was accepted to The American Academy of Dramatic Arts (AADA). The intense two-year training program was integral to Jacobs growth, both as an actor and as a person. Following graduation, he chose to extend his training into the Advanced Company Program at AADA. During his time in the program, Jacob performed in 4 different plays including: Really Really by Paul Downs Colaizzo Comedians by Trevor Griffiths Heaven and Hell (on Earth): A Divine Comedy by Actors Theatre of Louisville Angelique by Lorena Gale Now that Jacob has finished 3 years of top notch acting training he is eager and ready to work. The ethics of hard work, respect, and honor that Jacob was raised with are now the fuel that propel his career.
