Julian Filigno is a Toronto-based director, writer and producer. Born in Mississauga, a suburb outside of Toronto, Julian found his love for film and the arts at an early age. As a one man crew, Julian started working on his own short films at the age of 13. In his later years he produced over 20 short films. Julian's first feature project as a director, writer and producer is the film, Pulk. Julian attended The University of Toronto where he studied both English Literature and Cinema Studies. After educating himself on the art of film, Julian moved to Vancouver where he attended The Vancouver Film School's Film Production program, majoring in Producing.

Julian just finished work on the Lionsgate Studios feature film 'Honored' with Sasha Pieterse and produced by Zoe Saldana. Classically trained, Julian made his acting debut in "The Sign of the Lizard" directed by the late Broadway producer Robert Whitehead in 1994 while still in college. Since then, he has appeared in over 30 film and theatre productions both here and in London. During his acting career Julian has worked with the likes of Rob Corddry, Mathew Francis and Edward Hall of the Royal Shakespeare Company. Julian's acting training began in college with the Tony Award Winning Broadway actress Zoe Caldwell. Once in New York, he studied with teachers such as Alan Langdon of Circle in the Square and Sandy Shurin. Since relocating to LA a year and a half ago from New York, Julian has studied with the famed acting coach Lesly Kahn as well graduating from the improv program at iO West. He has a BFA in Theatre from USF in Tampa, Florida He has appeared in several commercials for companies such as Kellogs, Wendy's and At&T to name a few, as well as many voice over roles from Batman in "Batman-Dark Tomorrow" the video game, to the voice of the Captain in The Captain Morgan commercials. Julian Flynn is a Cuban American actor. He played "El Tigre Viamonte" (PUND'S pilot) opposite Venezuelan actor, Edgar Ramirez in the 2019 international spy film "Wasp Network", by French director, Olivier Assayas. Now playing on Netflix. Born Jose Carlos Perez, in Havana, Cuba, at the young age of four, Julian, his parents and family immigrated to the United States by way of Spain and eventually settled in Tampa, Florida. After graduating high school, Julian served in the 82nd Airborne Division of the United States Army specializing as an airborne infantry paratrooper. Completing his service with an honorable discharge, he continued his education under the veteran's assistant program. This is when he began to pursue his career as an actor.
