Dr. Justin R. Perrault, Director of Research at Loggerhead Marinelife Center (LMC), oversees the nest monitoring and research tagging programs at LMC. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Marine Biology from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and a PhD in Integrative Biology from Florida Atlantic University. After completing his doctorate, Dr. Perrault completed a Postdoctoral Research Fellowship with Mote Marine Laboratory and was a Visiting Assistant Professor at the University of South Florida. Dr. Perrault has 15 years of experience working with sea turtles in the laboratory and field and has published over 45 papers on marine biology, health, and toxicology, with a particular focus on sea turtles. Dr. Perrault has extensive experience with working with the media including local South Florida news outlets, BBC, National Geographic, and The Today Show to name a few.

Actor Justin Price, best-known for playing, Emanuel in his breakthrough role in "Walk by Faith" (2013) and Sam in "Ring of Fire" (2013), was born in Ft. Benning, Georgia on September 07, 1985. Justin grew up with his father, a U.S. ARMY Special Forces SNCO and his mother, a Registered Nurse. Justin also has four siblings, an older brother and 3 sisters. As a child he was known for writing stories and selling them to his friends and family. Justin was raised in a very disciplined home, mainly due to his father being in ARMY special forces. He developed a love for physical exercise and a passion for reading from his dad. Sadly, Justin lost his father in combat in 1997. He is buried in Arlington National Cemetery. Justin's career began when he visited his extended family in Los Angeles. During that time, he scored lead roles in two commercials and a film. Shortly after, he moved to Atlanta, Ga. to attend college and begin studying in pursuit of an Engineering degree. He eventually realized that acting was his true calling and the permanent move to Los Angeles. He caught the eye of director "Wayne Isham" and was cast as the leading male in Zac Brown Band's music video, "Goodbye in Her Eyes". This soon led him being cast in the CW drama, "The Vampire Diaries", as Jeffery Lockwood Hamilton. After playing a werewolf descendant in, "The Vampire Diaries", he was called in to screen-test for the role of, Sam in, "Ring of Fire" (2013) the June Carter Cash Story.
