J.R. Ramirez
J.R. Ramirez was born in Matanzas, Cuba. When he was still a baby, his family moved to the States and he was raised in Tampa, Florida. J.R. is best known for his series regular role of "Jared Vasquez" on NBC's hit series MANIFEST, executive produced by Robert Zemeckis (2018-Present). Prior to that, he was a series regular on the second season of the Netflix hit Marvel's JESSICA JONES (2018) and portrayed beloved fan favorite "Julio Moreno" on four seasons of Starz's top hit series POWER, which musician 50-Cent executive produces (2014-17). Previously, J.R. starred as "Cal" in the Paramount Pictures comedy feature film DRUNK WEDDING, executive produced by John Hamburg (2015). In addition, he recurred as "Ted 'Wildcat' Grant" on CW's top-rated show ARROW (2014-15) and as "Dr. A.J. Aquino" on the CW dramedy EMILY OWENS, M.D. (2013). He first gained notoriety as "Diego Hernandez" on Tyler Perry's HOUSE OF PAYNE, in which he recurred for two seasons (2008-10). J.R. is fluent in English and Spanish. He loves the outdoors and is an avid hiker, golfer, tennis & basketball player. He's a passionate perfectionist and, when not working in New York, he calls Tampa and Los Angeles home. A home that wouldn't be complete without his Havanese-Schnauzer rescue dog, Freddy.

Originally from Madison, Wisconsin, J.R. Ritcherson has been acting for most of his life. You can catch him in a supporting role as Derek in a new feature film called "The Kid" and he is filming season 2 of the hit comedy series "I Hate My Co-Worker" as well as playing the lead role of Carlan, who happens to be a cannibal in a new horror/thriller movie "The Hunter and The Hunted." He also booked a lead role in the new edgy TV Pilot "The System".

He also appeared in movies such as Dreamgirls, SoulMan, & Beauty Shop, and became very recognizable not only in the dance industry as a highly sought out dancer, but also in mainstream media. He began teaching at the world famous Millennium Dance Complex and Debbie Reynolds Dance Studios in 2006. With his classes quickly becoming full, J.R. knew his dance-style was unique and fresh. He was given the opportunity to start choreographing for such artists as Beyoncé, Kelly Rowland, Queen Latifah, Trey Songz & Snoop Dogg just to name a few. In 2009, he added Artistic/Creative Director to his title by working with Jamie Foxx on his "Blame It Tour." For the past few years, J.R. has been responsible for everything that is Jennifer Lopez! She has made J.R. her main choreographer for all commercials, stage shows, music videos, and recent record breaking World Tour that will be a Feature Film later this year. J.R. has been nominated for a 2012 MTV Video Music Award for Best Choreography for Jennifer's "Dance Again" and again this year for a 2013 MTV VMA Best Choreography for Jennifer's "Live It Up!" After years of Intense training as an Actor J.R. is well on his way to purse Commercials, Movies, and Television. The only way to go is "Up" because there aren't any ceilings for his Talent, Drive, and Charisma.
