Ruben Roberto Gomez
Argentine born but American at heart, Ruben Roberto Gomez has spent his entire adult life following his passions. A UCLA alumnus with a Masters in Spanish Literature but also fluent in Italian, he crooned his way through two albums followed by European & South American tours singing romantic ballads in Spanish in the 80's & 90's. Now, back to his roots in acting, he's focusing on a career in TV and film, taking advantage of his ethnically ambiguous looks. He is often mistaken for Middle Easterbn thanks to his Turkish mother, but still able to appear and do Voiceover with an Argentine or Spanish dialect courtesy of his Spanish grandfather. His ambiguous accent in English gives him the versatility of playing not only European or Middle Eastern roles, but South American as well. Ruben's love of acting began with a theatre career as a teenager in Buenos Aires where a well known director at the time, Marcelo Lavalle, encouraged him to come to the United States to pursue his dreams. The move turned out to be a fortuitous, life-changing suggestion where he not only found representation almost immediately with the Carlos Alvarado Agency, but later met and married his American born, actress-wife, Lynne Alana Delaney, with whom he still resides in Los Angeles.

Rodriguez not only accepted, but welcomed his mission to hone his craft as a producer and director of full-length feature films. Rodriguez's film work has been met with critical acclaim and recognized with multiple Telly Awards for Television Excellence, a 1995 Animated Eye Award for best Video Animationz from the New York Underground Film Festival and the 1994 Grand Jury prize for the best artistic short in the Aspen Shortfest. In addition to films, Rodriguez has developed and produced a variety of network and local broadcast original television programming including Radioactive Cinema, Dare 2 Watch It and E-Asylum. Acknowledging the entertainment industry to be a competitive showground, Rodriguez sought after filmmakers who share his enthusiasm. With the assistance of fellow producers Cesar Orellana, Jerusalyn Figueroa and Brittany Godish, Rodriguez launched MojoCreative Group. The principle behind this united endeavor is to produce compelling films and television series that command mass appeal, all the while retaining the full artistic accreditation necessary to execute the vision.
