Vicky Jenson
Vicky Jenson's career spans more than two decades in both animation and live action, and crosses the spectrum from TV to feature films to shorts including a commercial campaign for Old Navy of more than 40 spots with Anonymous Content and was at that time the only female feature film director they represented. Vicky Jenson started in animation as a cell painter. She learned to paint backgrounds on The Flintstones (1960) and Smurfs (1981) at Hanna Barbera Studios where she worked summers to cover fall semesters at the Academy of Art College in San Francisco. After transferring to Cal State University at Northridge to study literature and fine art, Vicky designed backgrounds and drew storyboards for Filmation, Marvel, Disney TV and Warner Bros on such classics as He-Man and the Masters of the Universe (1983), Taz-Mania (1991), _Batman_ and Jem (1985). Her credits include TV classics the Smurfs (1981) for Hanna Barbera, He-Man and the Masters of the Universe (1983), _, _Batman_ and Jem (1985) and developing visual styles for Ralph Bakshi and John Kricfalusi on the groundbreaking Mighty Mouse: The New Adventures (1987) and The Ren & Stimpy Show (1991). After directing on both the Oscar-winning winning Shrek (2001) and the Academy Award Nominated Shark Tale (2004), Vicky directed her first live-action feature Post Grad for Ivan Reitman's Montecito Pictures and Fox Searchlight. Her other feature film credits include art directing on Ferngully: The Last Rainforest, production design on The Road to El Dorado (2000), story artist on Chicken Run. She also directed a live-action short, Family Tree (2003), which premiered at Sundance, screened at countless festivals, including SXSW, Aspen and Malibu and went on to win multiple festival awards. For her decades of outstanding work, Vicky has earned countless awards, including an Academy Award for Best Animated Feature and recognition from the Annies, BAFTA, the Broadcast Film Critics Association Awards, Cannes, the Golden Globes, among other awards. She is currently directing her third animated feature for DreamWorks and is scripting of a live-action fairytale feature to follow. When she's not working in the studio, Jenson enjoys ultralight backpacking, learning to play mandolin and teaching her border collie pointless new tricks.

Vicky plays Janae Watson, a former high school track star, who after one wrong turn becomes an inmate at Litchfield Penitentiary. British writer and director, Vicky Jewson has quickly gained recognition for captivating audiences with compelling female narratives told through a modern and commercial lens. Jewson's desire to bring more authentic female characters to the action genre was the inspiration for her most recent feature film, Close, starring Noomi Rapace and Sophie Nelisee. The gripping action drama centers on Sam (Rapace), one of the world's top female bodyguards who takes on a rare VIP job protecting a young, rich heiress, Zoe (Nelisee). These two women from opposite worlds immediately clash, but are thrown together when a violent attempted kidnapping forces them on the run. The film was financed through West End Films and produced by Jewson's long-term collaborator, Rupert Whitaker. Netflix released the film in January, 2019 in the U.K., U.S. and Canada. Jewson also moved into television recently when she and Whitaker were hired to adapt acclaimed writer Hugh Howey's science fiction novel, Sand for development for Amazon and producer Patrick Moran. Jewson and Whitaker have the feature film Sylvia in development with West End Films based on the true story of Mossad agent, Sylvia Rafael. Previous films written and directed by Jewson include Born of War, distributed by Lionsgate Films, an action thriller she co-wrote alongside Whitaker starring Sofia Black-D'Elia and James Frain. Shot on location in the U.K. and Jordan, the film follows a woman searching for answers after her family is killed in a terrorist attack. Jewson made her directorial debut with the film Lady Godiva starring Phoebe Thomas, Matthew Chambers, Freddie Stroma and James Wilby. The film was released by E1 in 2006, the same year in which Jewson was awarded the Women Of The Future Award for Arts, Media and Culture. Jewson began her career at age 16 directing several short films and established her production company, Jewson Film.

Vicky Jones-Stanfield
Vicky Jones-Stanfield was born, April 29, 1953, in Harrison County, Texas and has lived most of her life in the rural East Texas Community of Harleton. She has a background in acting and directing community theatre. She has an Associate's Degree, in Police Science from Kilgore College and a Bachelor's Degree from ETBU with a double major in Physical Education and Criminal Justice. Later, in life she returned and obtained her Master's Degree in Theatre from UT-Tyler. Professionally, Vicky has worked many years in the field of Criminal Justice (including, law enforcement, social work and adult and juvenile probation). She is now, a retired Juvenile Probation Officer and volunteer's as a representative from the Northeast Texas Regional Film Commission, in Jefferson, Texas. Vicky Jones-Stanfield has made her breakthrough supporting role, as Margaret, in a film by, Director Paul Foster, called Unwanted. She also, has experience as an asst casting director, wardrobe supervisor, make-up asst, as well as, numerous other behind the scene crew positions.
