Vladimir Ruzich is an actor on screen and on stage. Graduating with a degree in Criminology from Simon Fraser University, Vladimir has also enjoyed a successful varsity basketball career. Following his graduation, Ruzich went on to pursue his dreams in acting at the Vancouver Acting School. It did not take long after Ruzich had his first taste of the film industry to realize that "making dreams reality" was something he wanted to pursue. Vladimir was immediately cast in guest-starring television and feature roles.

Vladimir Simonov is a popular Russian film and stage actor, member of Vakhtangov Theatre in Moscow. He was born Vladimir Aleksandrovich Simonov on June 7, 1957, in Russia. From 1976 - 1980 he studied acting at the class of Alla Kazanskaya at Shchukin Theatrical School of Vakhtangov Theatre in Moscow. Since 1980 Vladimir Simonov has been member of the troupe at Vakhtangov Theatre in Moscow. There his stage partners were such actors as Mikhail Ulyanov, Vasiliy Lanovoy, Yuliya Borisova, Lyudmila Maksakova, Alla Kazanskaya, Irina Kupchenko, Lyudmila Tselikovskaya, Mariya Aronova, Marianna Vertinskaya, Elena Dobronravova, Inna Alabina, Yuriy Yakovlev, Vladimir Etush, Vyacheslav Shalevich, Nikolai Timofeyev, Aleksandr Grave, Sergey Makovetskiy, Vladimir Koval, Viktor Zozulin, Evgeniy Karelskikh, Aleksandr Koznov, Vladimir Vdovichenkov, Andrey Zaretskiy, Mikhail Vaskov, Mariya Aronova, Elena Sotnikova, Anna Dubrovskaya, Olga Tumaykina, Maksim Sukhanov, and Viktor Dobronravov, among others. He also appeared in several stage productions by director Oleg Efremov at Moscow Art Theatre and other theatrical companies during the 1980s and 1990s. In 1998 Vladimir Simonov created the character as Soziy in Molière's 'Amfitrion' and the play has been a continuous success for 9 seasons in a row. Since the 2004 premiere of 'Mademuaselle Nitush', Simonov has been delivering critically acclaimed performances as Colonel Alfred Zhibuse opposite Mariya Aronova and Nonna Grishaeva. In 2007 Vladimir Simonov premiered as Peredonov co-starring opposite Olga Tumaykina in "Melky bes" stage adaptation of the eponymous novel by Fedor Sologub. Vladimir Simonov was designated People's Actor of Russia (2004), and received numerous awards for his works on stage and in films. He is living and working in Moscow, Russia.

Familiar character actor of Russian heritage who played in scores of films, mostly in the U.S. He studied at the University of Moscow but left there to attend the Moscow Academy of Dramatic Art. He joined the world- renowned Moscow Art Theatre, where he worked for the next decade as an actor and assistant director, eventually directing plays himself. In 1923, he emigrated to Berlin and spent most of the next decade acting in films there and in Austria. With the coming of the Nazis, he relocated first to Paris, in 1932, and then to the United States in 1937. He immediately found himself very busy with dozens of roles in many popular American films, ranging from Russian to Chinese, Mexican, and Italian characters. Although his specialty was gentle, beatific characters, he could and did on occasion play less noble types. Among his most memorable characterizations were Anselmo, the gentle rebel in For Whom the Bell Tolls (1943), and the wise peasant in The Magnificent Seven (1960). He died in West Hollywood, California in 1962.
