Dan Bradford
An actor and a new film producer, coming from a military and federal government background is now focused on acting and film producing full time.
Dan was born in Edmonton, Alberta, to Yvonne Sutton, a social worker, and Eric Fayant. Dan is of Native Cree Tribe of Canada and English descent. His family moved to Vancouver, British Columbia when he was 7 years old. He attended Lord Selkirk Elementary School in Vancouver then eventually to Port Moody Elementary School and eventually graduating from Port Moody Senior Secondary School in Port Moody, British Columbia. Bradford got into acting while attending Simon Fraser University in Burnaby, British Columbia.
Dan went onto a career in law enforcement while acting part time in various commercials, TV Series and Feature Films. He also did various background roles in films which most not listed on IMDb.
While in law Enforcement, Bradford approached an Edmonton Production Company and spearheaded the TV Documentary, " Behind the Badge- Working in Aboriginal Communities" This aired nationally several times, a copy was distributed across Canada to every RCMP detachment across Canada, and eventually became mandatory viewing at the RCMP Academy for recruits. Bradford was credited as co-producer and creator which won him the Alberta Centennial Medal for his contribution on this project.
Bradford landed his first role in a German TV series with Hardy Kruger (Sr) called, " Weltenbummler" in 1992 where he played a Mounted Police Officer. He then went on to land his second role in a TV Series called," Blackstone", where he played the role of the Band Lawyer in the pilot episode. Bradford was supposed to be the band lawyer on the entire series, however, a mix up by his agent at the time cost him the role for the remaining episodes and seasons. Also, Bradford was also given a written reprimand from his RCMP employer at the time, for being part of this TV Pilot as his employer did not wish to associate their organizational name to this film due to its controversial topics.
Continuing his work with Placebo Love Story, he joined the cast of Isaac Thomas' controversial film as one of the lead actor's where Bradford played a corrupt immigration lawyer. After that he took a role on Kevin Matlo's debut feature film, Forbidden Playground, where Bradford played the role of Sergeant West, a detective with an interesting past. Dan went on to play the role of Dave, an under cover agent in the TV film Life Undercover. Bradford also played the role of a Mafia backed diamond dealer in the Czech Feature film called Gangster Ka bringing Bradford into the International actor status. He then went on to act in the Feature Film, Underworld Blood Wars, where he played one of the Lycan leaders along side with Tobias Menzies. Later the next year, Bradford went on to play a terrorist opposite John Malkovich and Orlando Bloom in the feature film, "Unlocked".
Dan acted in his third TV Series, Crossing Lines, where he played a Romanian politician teamed against Donald Sutherland. Bradford then went onto play the role of George Malliband a shady business associate and first murder victim of Richard Kuklinski in his fourth TV Series called, " American Monsters". His fifth TV series, "Dabing Street', where he plays an American Football player, is aired in the Czech Republic.
Bradford recently acted in his sixth TV series, "The Alienist" where he plays Holy Joe the priest of the Santorelli family. Dan has done dozens of TV Commercials, voice over narrations, and Corporate TV/ Documentaries also.
He recently acted in his seventh TV series, a Canadian comedy called "Necessary Evil" written and created by Randy Brososky, where he plays the fierce demon, Mammon.
A talented voice artist also, Bradford has also done various narrations for films, documentaries and commercials. Bradford just recently co-wrote three TV Series still in development.
Bradford is based in Prague Czech Republic but works all over Europe, Canada and the US.
