Dan Quinn
Dan Quinn was born in St. Paul Alberta and went to Glendon School K-12, not a big school to say the least. After graduating he moved to Edmonton where the performing bug took hold. While attending the University of Alberta he auditioned for a play and got the part. Love and apples are best when they are fresh would get him his first laughs on stage. In his second year of school he started performing Stand-up Comedy at Yuk Yuks in West Edmonton Mall. He was hooked and did everything he could do get on stage. Within a year Dan won the Funniest New Comic in Edmonton Competition. He moved to Vancouver shortly thereafter. He was now working professionally as a Stand-up and touring the country. A few years after that he was invited to play the Just For Laughs Festival in Montreal and won the Canadian Comedy Competition which led to being written up in Variety Magazine and the Hollywood Reporter and regularly performing in LA. He has continued his comedy Career with Several Comedy Specials on CTV, Comedy Network and Check TV. Pursuing his love of his two favorite past times, Snowboarding and Comedy, he created the Snowed In Comedy Tour. This has now become a huge success selling out large Venues across western Canada with a yearly tour starting in January. The tour features 4 comedians who snowboard during the day and then do shows at night to pay for it. In the Summer Dan hones his Acting Skills working with celebrated acting teacher Ben Ratner.
