Doua Moua

Doua Moua was born in Thailand to parents, Cher Tong Moua and Pang Chang. After 6 months the family immigrated to the United States. Moua grew up with a large family in Saint Paul, Minnesota. He has one brother and three sisters. He started off his career with singing in choir and school. He has participated in many community and school plays, as well as awarding winning Show Choir and Concert Choir at the International School of MN. Doua is a son to a Moua clan leader, the actor finds pressure to live up to his father's,and his people's, expectations. Because of this, pursuing his dream of being an actor/performer was a challenge for Moua. He graduated from The International School of Minnesota in Eden Prairie in June 2005 with his three other cousins: Ka Moua, Yia Moua, and Ker Moua. He now resides in New York City and studies at Marymount Manhattan College while participating in off-Broadway and off-off Broadway plays.
