Odiseo Bichir
Odiseo Bichir was born on May 3, 1960 in Mexico City, Distrito Federal, Mexico. He comes from a family of actors. His father Alejandro Bichir, was also an actor and director too. His mother Maricruz Nájera, is an actress, as well as his younger brothers Demián Bichir and Bruno Bichir who are also actors. He began his professional career at age nine in theater plays. He debuted in the telenovela La Venganza in 1977. Throughout his career, he has acted in telenovelas including; El Padre Gallo, Monte Calvario, Carrusel, La Pícara Soñadora, Más Allá del Puente, María la del Barrio, La Antorcha Encendida, El Diario de Daniela, Aventuras en el Tiempo, Amarte es mi Pecado, Mundo de Fieras, Cuando me enamoro, and many more. In theater play, he has worked in Extras and Closer, alongside his brothers. In 2007, he starred in the movie Mosquita Muerta, along with his brother Bruno Bichir. In 2008, he appears in one episode of Mujeres Asesinas. Later that year he joined the cast of the series S.O.S: Sexo y Otros Secretos. In 2009, he starred in the movie Las Bicicletas, sharing scenes with Jaime Camil and Rafael Inclán. He also starred in a theater play with Alfonso Dosal called Una Noche en la Playa. He made a special appearance in the telenovela A que no me dejas in 2015 with Camila Sodi, Osvaldo Benavides, again with Alfonso Dosal and others. His mother Maricruz Nájera also made a special appearance in that telenovela, but she never shared scenes with him in there.
