Oktober Layne
Oktober Layne was born in the sylvan mountains of Eastern Kentucky where folklore and superstitious beliefs still held sway. Living with these tales bestowed a powerful imagination within him, which would someday give birth to countless tales. When most young boys were falling in love, Oktober was consumed with art. He was an artist and a writer of stories, songs, poetry, and anything that let him flex his creative mind.
Not being able to sustain himself by doing what he loved, Oktober took jobs ranging from store clerk to martial artist to caregiver. Oktober felt that something was always missing. After picking up a pencil for the first time in years, he realized what that was. His need to be creative resurfaced and lead him to write three novels, nearly twenty short films, and three feature films. The rest, as they say, is history.
