Vladislav Vetrov
Vladislav Vetrov was born in Georgia, former USSR. Five years later his family moved to Taganrog, Russia. He lived in that city for 20 years more. When he was 21, he started to perform in the local theater. Several years later he performed in the Mikhail Chekhov Riga Russian theatre. After that in the Maxim Gorkiy Rostov theater. From 2002 to the present time, he is one of the leading actors of the Moscow theater Sovremennik. In that very theater, he had a chance to meet and work with the world-famous directors like Andrzej Wajda (an Academy Award-wining director). His career in the film industry started in 1986. From that time and by the present day he plays roles in 3-7 films every year (of course, now he is much more popular than he used to be in 1986, so now it's closer to 7 per year). By now his full filmography contains more that 60 titles. There are a couple of international projects among them. For exceptional achievements in the art of acting he has been honored with the title of "Honorable Actor of Russian federation". He is a member of the Guild of actors of Russia, Union of Cinematographers of the Russian Federation, Russian Theatre Union.
