An award-winning filmmaker and founder of Interesting Picture Company, Jacob is involved with every project through the door, serving as writer/director on selected projects. Prior to IPC, Jacob worked at Paramount & Sony Pictures, as well as Pulse Films in London. Originally from Toronto, he is a graduate of Emerson College in Boston. Jacob's style tends to pay homage to the films of the 60s and 70s, putting a new spin on a classic genre.

Jacob was born in Boston and raised in Pittsburgh, where he auditioned and booked his first play at age eleven. His arts education started at the performing arts middle school followed by the Pittsburgh Creative and Performing Arts high school before moving to New York City at seventeen to train at the Stella Adler Conservatory. During his first year, he was accepted into the Public Theater in NYC's Shakespeare Lab where he was the youngest person ever accepted. After completing the program, he was the youngest person ever accepted into the American Conservatory Theaters M.F.A Program. Jacob has been blessed to perform several shows on Broadway and Off-Broadway, theatres in Birmingham and London, England as well as having worked in 48 of the 50 states. He has worked with Pulitzer Prize winning playwrights; such as, David Lindsay-Abaire, Jeanine Tesori, Beth Henley, Doug Wright, Quiara Alegría Hudes and Suzan Lori Parks. His most successful collaboration was with Ms. Parks on her play "Father Comes Home from the Wars". The play was won several awards including the Pulitzer, the Lucille Lortel and the IRNE. Jacob played Odesee the Dog for which he won the Lucille Lortel Award for Best Supporting Actor in a Play. He has recently turned his attention to film and television, where he has had the opportunity to work with great artists like Julie Taymor, Alec Baldwin, David Schwimmer, Andrew McCarthy, Richard Chamberlain, Zach Galifianakis, Ted Danson, Chris Noth and Brain Darcy James. His feature directorial debut, River's End, premiered at the 2021 Wild & Scenic Film Festival, where it won both a Jury Award and People's Choice Award. River's End next played at the renowned International Wildlife Film Festival, where the film won in its category. The film was later released by Giant Pictures and Ro*co Films. Morrison has also produced series for VICELAND and Fullscreen, written and starred in an explainer series for Vice, and directed a half-hour television pilot. He is a graduate of the USC School of Cinematic Arts and a native of Southern California.
Jacob Motsinger was born in Des Moines, Iowa, and raised in Slater, IA. He graduated from Ballard High School in 2005, where he was involved in Football, Wrestling, Soccer, Concert Band, Jazz Band, National Honor Society, and Drama. This is where Jacob got his first taste of the stage. After graduation, he attended Luther College in Decorah, IA, where he majored in pre-medicine. After his first semester of college, Jacob auditioned for Barbizon-Royal, a talent agency. Jacob was accepted into their program and participated in acting and modeling lessons. In the summer of 2006, Jacob traveled to New York to compete against approximately 3,000 other actors, models, dancers, and singers, in categories such as sitcom, commercial, soap, and cold reading. Barbizon-Royal awarded him Actor of the Year, which was the talent agency's pick of the best actor that they brought to New York. Jacob also won 3rd Runner up in the IMTA Actor of the Year Competition. From there Jacob made the decision to postpone his education and moved to Los Angeles in October of that year. Growing up in a blended family of eleven children, Jacob learned at an early age that acting cute and telling jokes got him a lot of attention. Through the support and encouragement of his family, Jacob has taken his "act" to a whole new level.
